Your privacy concerns are important to us, and protecting your nonpublic information is one of our top priorities here at Rapid Credit Reports, Inc. (“RCR”). Although, very little information is asked of you during your visit to our website this privacy policy will explain what RCR does to keep information about you private and secure. All private information that is collected through our website will not be released to any party/organization. To become a member of RCR you need to complete the Customer Service Agreement before you are accepted. There are two ways of completing the agreement: 1) You can either print the form first and complete it or 2) You can complete the necessary fields and then print the agreement. If you decide to fill-in the fields before printing; your information will not be collected and therefore you need not to worry about any of your nonpublic information being shared.

Although every effort is made to secure network communications, RCR cannot ensure the privacy of online communications. Individuals using online services should also take steps to protect personal information, such as closing the web browser when finished using the site. Failure to do so may result in personal information being viewed by someone else using the same computer.
